Week 1: Introduction to Wheel Throwing
Week 2: Expanding Our Shapes
Week 3: Enclosed Forms, Introduction to Trimming
Week 4: Flat Surfaces
Week 5: Trimming, Carving and Decoration
Week 6: Glazing
This class’ sessions begin on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025 and run for 6 consecutive weeks, with the final class on December 16th, 2025.
Classes are from 7 pm to 9 pm with open studio hours on Sunday mornings from 9 am to 11 am beginning on November 16th, 2025. Open studio hours are great if you’ve missed or will be missing a class, want to work on class pieces or an independent project.
All clay, glazes and tools used in the classes are provided by the studio. Throwing on the wheel can be a messy process and we recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting dirty!
If the class is sold out, please submit your email to the waitlist sign-up at the bottom of the page to make sure that you will be included in future updates for classes in 2026.
We are beginning with this first class, but are excited to be expanding our offerings which we can’t wait to share more about soon!
