Adult Intro to Throwing Workshop
Get behind a wheel!
Learn the basics of throwing during a two hour, small group workshop of curious potters -- no experience required. All classes have a maximum of 6 students.
You will learn the foundations of pottery, from how to wedge clay, to centering on the wheel, raising walls and creating your own piece of pottery over our time together.
Your work is then trimmed by the studio and glazed in a color of your choice.
Finished pieces are available for pickup in approximately two weeks and you'll be notified via email or text when ready.
Throwing on the wheel can be a messy process and we recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
Workshops begin at 7 pm.
