Free Form is a 6-week class that provides experienced ceramic students an opportunity to explore independent projects under the guidance of an instructor. We’ll work with each student individually as well as a group to cross-pollinate techniques and strategies for making. There will be making and decorating demos.
Students should come prepared with their first project idea, and from there we’ll work together to create your studio path over six weeks. This class is open to those who’ve taken a Level 3 class at the studio or who have similar experience elsewhere.
This class’ sessions begin on Tuesday, October 27th, 2026 and run for 6 consecutive weeks, with the final class on Tuesday, November 30th, 2026. Classes are from 7 pm to 9 pm. Open studio hours are on Sunday mornings from 11 am to 1 pm beginning November 1st, 2026.
All clay, glazes and tools used in the classes and open studio hours are provided by the studio. Throwing on the wheel can be a messy process and we recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting dirty!
